Dear Ms. Keene and Members of the Board
On April 12th, 2022, Stantec requested that staff and the board review a Traffic Demand Management (TDM)
plan. We are hereby rescinding that request at this time, and we intend to incorporate the TDM proposal in a
future application.
We herby retract the following exhibits:
