It will be several feet less than 15'. I think it'll be 8 + 7*5/12 = 11 feet.
Shoot, I thought the digitizing fee was added automatically. I'll add another payment. -Erik

One question, what will be the height of your new garage? Measure from pre-construction grade to the
mid-point of the eaves (for a pitched roof structure).
Also, I saw your fee payment came through but it was short the $13 digitizing fee. We will need that in
order deem your application complete.
