The property is currently developed with a residential duplex serviced by municipal water and on-site wastewater. The existing residential duplex consists of a 1- bedroom and 5-bedroom unit which will remain. There is an 8,000 sf commercial building on the property is connected to the existing on-site wastewater system and the municipal water system. This project proposes a total of 32 new residential 1-bedroom units and a 5,000 sf commercial space with 10 employees.The remaining 3,000 sf commercial space will be for use by the tenants off the residential complex.
