So sorry. It’s the third page of this PDF. 20’ from north boundary (Dave Zachowski) and 54’ from road . House is at slight
angle to shunpike so we had to go at Least 2’ in on the northeast Corner of current structure to maintain that set back
from road. Went with 4’ to center it on the house. Looks better and easier to frame.

-room above garage is a recreation room.
-height to center of rafter is 22’ 5” which makes the roof peak of the new structure the same height of the existing
structure. See drawing notes attached.
