We would like to offer the following comment: 1. The DRB should include a condition requiring the applicant to regularly maintain all stormwater treatment and conveyance infrastructure. Please provide comments on all by next Friday 3/18. Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your response for public consumption. Project Description Site plan application #SP-22-004 of Champlain Oil Company, LLC to amend a previously approved plan for a mixed commercial use building on an existing 0.68 acre lot. The amendment consists of increasing the square footage from 13,818 sf to 19,168 sf by adding one and a half stories, adding 9 residential units, and expanding the array of allowed commercial uses, 510 Shelburne Road. \\192.168.9.13\apps\USERS\Planning & Zoning\Development Review Board\Applications\2022\SP-22-004_510 Shelburne Rd _Champlain Oil Co_SP_2022-03-02 This was approved as a 2 ½ story building in 2020.
