FD has met with the principals and reviewed all of the above.
They have met all of the IBC, NFPA 1 Chpt 18 & all applicable city ordinances regarding FD access.

I have four technical review requests for the March 2nd hearing. This is the first of four. They are all site plans, so this is a
one-and-done review. Please provide comments on all by next Friday 3/18.
Just a reminder, comments you provide are inserted directly into the staff report for the project, so please frame your

Project Description
Site plan application #SP-22-006 of Reperio Properties to demolish an existing light manufacturing and retail complex
and construct a 4,480 sf extension to an existing licensed care facility on the adjacent lot. The subject parcel is an
existing 0.71 acre lot, 1459 Shelburne Road.
