SOUTH BURLINGTON DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
The South Burlington Development Review Board will hold a public hearing in the South
Burlington City Hall auditorium, 180 Market Street, South Burlington, Vermont, or online or
by phone, on Wednesday March 2, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following:
Master Plan application #MP-22-01 of O’Brien Home Farm, LLC to amend a previously
approved planned unit development to develop 39.76 acres with a maximum of 458
dwelling units and 45,000 square feet of office space. The amendment consists of adding
limited neighborhood commercial use, 255 Kennedy Drive.
Board members will be participating in person. Applicants and members of the public

PUBLIC MEETING Seeking Community Input
Possible Kirby Road Ext. Zoning Change Thursday, February 17, 2022, 7 p.m.
South Burlington’s Planning Commission has set up a volunteer Task Force to consider a possible zoning change to allow aviation-related uses and buildings on land east of Airport Parkway, in the vicinity of Kirby Road Extension. The request was made by the landowner, the Burlington International Airport.
The Task Force is getting underway and is asking for community ideas and input as they begin their work to consider this change.
