MEMBERS PRESENT Paul Farrar, Chairman; Michael Flaherty, Martin Paulsen, William Burgess, Hugh Marvin. OTHERS PRESENT William J. Szymanski, city Manager; David Minnich, Assistant City Manager; City Attorneys Richard Spokes, Steve Stitzel. Discuss the completion of the purchase of the Nowland Property. Chairman Farrar opened the meeting at 5:30 P.M. Councilman Flaherty made the motion, seconded by Councilman Paulsen, to go into Executive Session to discuss the final purchase of the Nowland Property.
