MEMBERS PRESENT Paul Farrar, Chairman; William Burgess, John Towne. MEMBERS ABSENT Michael Flaherty, Martin Paulsen OTHERS PRESENT William Szymanski, City Manager; Margaret Picard, City Clerk; Walter May. Meet as Liquor Control Board to consider application for entertainment permit to the "Five Reasons", a supper club on Queen City Park Road. Chairman Farrar opened the meeting at 5:30 P.M. and called the meeting to order to meet solely as the Liquor Control Board to consider an application for an entertainment permit to the "Five Reasons", a supper club on Queen City Park Road. Bill Burgess made the motion to approve the entertainment permit and authorize the City Clerk to sign the application. John Towne seconded the motion and all were in favor.
