The applicants and landowners, Antonio B. Pomerleau, of 5 Bartlett Bay Road, and Blue Dragonfly, LLC, of 1519 and 1525 Shelburne Road, are proposing a subdivision to improve the functionality of the three lots. (please refer to enclosed plan set) Any future sign, building, or site improvements for either lot will be permitted in the future. The existing and proposed lot sizes are: 5 Bartlett Bay Road (Lot 1): Existing Proposed 1525 Shelburne Road (Lot 2): Existing Proposed 1519 Shelburne Road (Lot 3): Existing Proposed 206,180t square feet 195,330f square feet 40,170f square feet 48,460± square feet 43,400f square feet 45,960f square feet The attached site plans contain lot coverage tables which reflect the existing and proposed lot sizes, coverages and applicable setbacks. The proposed subdivision has been configured to maintain existing setbacks while allowing adequate room for future expansions for lot coverages. This submittal does not involve any proposed use changes or functions of either of the buildings or sites. The enclosed table demonstrates compliance with the applicable review standards.
