Heath and I arrived on site at around 11:45 am today. Susan Cuchural met us
outside and brought us into the backyard to show us what we would be doing today.
She showed us the building that has been built on 30 Meyer Court and explained that
we needed to measure height of the peak of the roof and halfway down the slope of
said roof. She also stated that the section of the building that comes out toward her
property should be 5 feet from the fence and asked us to locate that also. Heath and I
were able to locate the fence and the bump out on the building and the northwest
corner of that bump out is 5.0' from the fence and the southwest corner is 5.1' from the
fence.
When it comes to the height of the building we measured 21.2' at the top/peak
and 18.2' halfway down the slope of the roof. We also located the bottom of the roof
overhangs and discovered it is about 15.2' on both sides of the building. We finished
locating the requested items and left the residence.
