Members Present Paul Farrar, Chairman; Councilmen William Burgess and John Towne. Others Present City Manager William J. Szymanski Sign Resolution and warning Mr. Burgess made the motion to sign the Resolution and Warning as presented. It was seconded by Mr. Towne and there was no discussion. All were in favor.
