Because our property at 23 Thompson Court has been
purchased by the City of Burlington, we will be moving
in the near future, to 94 Logwood Street which we aquired
on 27 June this year. Being a large family and having a
two -car garage at 23 Thompson Court, we have accumulated
a lot of material, tools, etc. over the years. Now that
we are moving to a smaller home with no garage. This
poises a problem; Do we sell some items or build a gar-
age? We have decided to apply for a permit to build and
we will also need a variance from the zoning board as
we would like to build five feet from the north property
line. The attached drawing shows the size garage that
we would like to build and the exact location in relation
to existing boundries.
