Councilman Blais was asked to cross-reference the duties of the Committee as described by the City and the duties of Commissions as described in enabling legislation. Mr. Blais is to report at next meeting for Council action. Councilman Jarvis made the motion to adjourn to Executive Session at 9:00 P.M. Mr. Nardelli seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
