I see no problem with the filling along the south side of Lot
No. 7 of the Olde Dorset Subdivision on land of Temple Sinai for an
average depth of approx. 3 1/2 feet. The filling will improve the
area making it easier to maintain. Only clean fill should be used.
No stumps or brush. Filling shall conform to site plan prepared by
Vermont Land Surveyors dated April 21, 1997.
