Re: Findings of Fact, application of Temple Sinai
synagogue, Swift Street
On the 26th of March 1985 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or YdbW&Wd the
request of Julian Goodrich for Temple Sinai
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be from proposed driveway
from Swift Street. A connecting walkway shall be provided
to the adjacent church lot.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Fifty four spaces are shown and
2 are handicapped.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - An $8900 landscaping plan shall
be submitted and a bond shall be posted prior to permit.
4. Legal documents for the dedication of 7' on Swift Street
shall be submitted to the City Attorney prior to permit.
5. A hvdrant shall be installed in front of the church
provided there is not one within 500 feet.
