Gentlemen:
Plans and specifications relative to thesubject, dated
September 12, 1974, received October al, 1 n reviewed, and
approval is given for the construction of—Vi s Project, subject to than
following conditions:

spread, fuel contribution and awoke density as tested by the Stainer Tunnel
Test (ASTM E-M).
5. Carpeting, and underpadding if used, in the main lobby f101 shall not
exceed a Class "B" fire hazard rating of 75 as to flame spread, fuel contri-
bution, and smoke density, as tested by the Steiner Tunnel Test (ASTM E-84).
File with this office laboratory test reports on all carpeting used for
approval before installation of this material.

All changes to drawings and specifications including substitution of any
materials affecting the fire resistance rating of this project shall be
filed promptly with this office.
This approval is also subject to our final inspection of the completed
project.

This confirms our telephone conversations with you and with the
church headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah regarding landscaping
ordinances of the city of South Burlington as they apply to our
anticipated addition. The preparation of landscape drawings has
been accelerated so that we can bring them to you well in advance
of our original schedule. In the meantime, this letter confirms
that the church will comply with the city ordinances in this regard.
