for site plan approval under Section,
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulation�; based or --le �4
following findings: �&
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Due to projected traffic volumes on Swift Street,
only one entrance/exit has been permitted.
2. CIRCULATION AND PAR K I IJG - Number of parking spaces should be
adequate for weekly use plus special assemblies. All entrance drives and
circulation aisles are sufficient to allow reasonable traffic flow.
3. LP.NDSCAPING & SCREENING - No screening is necessary. A good
amount of landscaping will be provided on all sides of the property.
