This program would allow the city hall’s energy usage to vary based on signals from the electric utility, solar generation, weather, and indoor air temperature, to reduce electricity expenses and GHG emissions by shifting electricity usage from one time of day to another. The cost of roughly $20,000 will be shared by Efficiency Vermont, and Ilona would like the Energy Projects Reserve Fund to pay for it. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 9:05 Next Meeting TBD
