The South Burlington Board of Civil Authority held a meeting on Monday, November 8, 2021
in room 334, 180 Market Street.
Members Present: C. Shaw (virtual), Chair; D. Kinville, C. Trombly (virtual)
Also Present: n.a.
1. Emergency evacuation plans:
Ms. Kinville provided emergency evacuation instructions.
2. Comments from the public not related to the agenda:
There were no public comments.
3. Any change in the order of the agenda:
No changes were made to the agenda.
4. Create reapportionment letter as response to LAB
Mr. Shaw presented a draft of the letter to present to the Legislative Apportionment Board.
The subcommittee worked on refining the draft letter to present to the Board of Civil Authority
for Wednesday, November 10, 2021. A discussion was held clarifying the attachments that
would accompany the letter.
5. Other Business:
No other business was presented.
As there was no further business to come before the Board, Chris Trombly moved to adjourn.
Ms. Kinville seconded. Motion passed with all present voting in favor. The meeting was
adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
