Henderson Barr, Architect, 86 St. Paul Street, Burlington, Vermont on Monday, September 30, 1968 at 7:30 P.M. Mr. Vincent J. D'Acuti, Chairman, opened the meeting. MEMBERS PRESENT Vincent J. D'Acuti, Chairman; Mr. Charles H. Behney and Walter Nardelli. MEMBERS ABSENT Robert K. Ashley and Augustus T. Stannard. OTHERS PRESENT Henry LeClair, Town Manager, and J. Henderson Barr, Architect. DISCUSSION ON TOWN MALL PLANS AND NEW BROCHURE There was a general discussion about the plans for the town buildings and the format of a new brochure. At the Board's suggestion the Town Manager is to prepare a brochure containing the following: 1. Barr's elevation rendering of the Town Mall. 2. Financial picture of overall project. 3. Letters from State Fire Marshall's office and Insurance Rates information. 4. Statements of Department Heads. The Selectmen stated they would secure endorsements from the Community's Civic organizations. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. so the Board could attend the Planning Session being held at the Town Office Building.
