HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes - City Council - 08/25/1965BOARD OF SELECTMEN MEETING AUGUST 25, 1965 The Board of Selectmen of South Burlington continued their meeting of August 24, 1965 at the Town Office Building, 555 Dorset Street at 8 P.M. August 25, 1965. The meeting was called to order by Vincent J. D'Acuti, Chairman at 8 P.M. MEMBERS PRESENT Vincent J. D'Acuti, Chairman; Ralph B. Goodrich and Augustus T. Stannard. OTHERS PRESENT Irving L. Douglas, Town Manager ZONING CHANGE The South Burlington Planning Board recommended to the Board of Selectmen that the zoning change from Industrial A to Residential B as requested by Rene J. and June A. Berard be approved. As no one was present to object, the Board of Selectmen voted to change this area from Industrial A. to Residential B. ZONING CHANGE The Board of Selectmen had the first reading of the Farmers Production Credit Association's request to change the Zoning of the Myers property at the corner of White Street and Patchen Road from Business B and Planned District to Business A as described in the request. Mr. Douglas, Town Manager, was authorized to advertise for the second reading to be considered at the Board of Selectmen's meeting to be held September 14, 1965. JOINT RESOLUTION ON DEATH OF PETER A.
