Administrative review of a site plan application has been requested by the
above property owner for the following action:
Re-establish 336 square foot dugouts on existing
concrete pads at Farrell Park Little League baseball
field.
The Director of Planning & Zoning will process this application in accordance with
Section 26.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance. A report on the action
taken on this application will be presented at the next Development Review
Board meeting following a decision on this application.
Any interested party may appeal a decision of the Director of Planning & Zoning
within 15 days of the date the Director's action is reported to the Development
Review Board. Notice of an appeal shall comply with the provisions of 24 VSA
Section 4465. The Development Review Board shall review an appeal in
accordance with the standards and procedures applicable to site plan review.

The following site plan application will be reviewed by the South Burlington Director of
Planning and Zoning as authorized under Section 26.10 of the South Burlington Zoning
Regulations. The Director shall issue a decision no sooner than two (2) days from the
date of this notice. A decision of the Director may be appealed by an interested party to
the Development Review Board within 15 days of the Director's decision. Notice of an
appeal shall comply with the provisions of 24 VSA, Section 4465.
