Re: Findings of Fact, application of Vermont Gas
Systems, Inc., (Homer Theriault), 85 Swift Street
On the 13th of March 19 84 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or xix)d the
request of Vermont Gas Systems (Headquarters & operational center
for site plan review under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations baled on the
following findings:
1 , TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access proposed directly across from Farrell Road.
Driveway will meet commercial construction standards.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- Adequate parking is provided for customers
and employees. Rear parking area to be detailed on plan. Circulation
provided by two service drives.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING- Adequate landscaping and screening is proposal,
existing vegatation to be saved. Bonds for performance will be provided.
