Re: Findings of Fact, application of Vermont Gas Systems,

On the 18th of 3 19 84 , the
South Burl ington Planning Commission approved or xberi)ed the
request of Vermont Gas Systems, Inc.
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - The plan shall be amended to show the
_driveway to scale 35 feet as labeled. Access is adequate
with the 35 foot wide driveway off of Swift Street, directly
across from Farrell Road.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Adequate parking is shown for
the office space. The operational center parking will be
_reviwed

year from
occupancy
to
determine
if
additional
spaces
are
required.
A '-shaped
drive and

curb cut is
shown.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A bond for landscaping ($10,000)
and for sidewalk construction shall be posted prior to
permit. Storm drain pipe shall be concrete, plastic or
asbestos, not metal or aluminum. An 8 foot strip of land
along Swift Street frontage shall be dedicated to the City.
The sewer allocation for the office is 400 gpd and is p aced
on the waiting list. The operational center is 360 gpd and
can connect.
