Theriault Fillinr Operation I move that the South Burlington Planning Commission approve the site plan proposal of Mr. Homer Theriault, for filling, as ,.,equirod under section 13.50 of the South Burlingt,jn Zoning Reg- ulations, and as shown on a plan on file, subject to the follovr-ing stipulation: 1. All filling v.jill be in accord with the City Engineer's recommendations (memo of 3/17/77). MEMORANDUM TO: SOUTH BURLINGTON PLANNING COMMIISSICN FROM: RICHARD WARD, ZONING ADMINISTRATOR RE: PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEWS DATE: APRIL 8, 1977 Bolton Real Estate, 50 White Street Area is properly zoned for the proposed use. The layout of the structure prevents any other means of egress or ingress. In the future Mr. Bolton plans to remove the garage. It is my recommendation that if this building is considered for other uses, that the garage be removed. As a real estate business there should be no serious problems. Existing landscaping- is adequate, no additional landscaping or screening is required. Homer Theriault, 85 Swift Str=et (Filling proposed) Approval granted March 21, 1977 to Mr. Theriault under Section 13.50 of the zoning regulations by the Zoning Board of Adjustment with the stipulation that Mir. Szymanski approve the filling operation. Because of flooding conditions to Mr. Theriault's dwelling he proposed to create a better drainageway to the rear and west side of his lot.
