Re: Appeal of Raymond Couillard
On the 13th day of September 1 1976 the South Burling-
ton Zoning Board of Adjustment approved ar-dri- the appeal
of Raymond Ccuillard., 79 Swift Street, South Burlington,
Vermont
based on the following facts:
1) Is not a detriment to the surrounding area.
2) Proposed expansion is a reasonable use of the land.
3) Addition will be used as part of the body shop
plus a storage area for family vehicles.
4) Conforms with Section 446P of the Planning and
Development Act.
