Re: Findings of Fact, application of Bill Savage of
Benchmark Restoration, 69 Swift Street
On the 24th of July 19 84 , the
South Burlington Planning commis is on approved or d(AiK16d the
request of Benchmark Restoration
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is adequate with one existing curb
cut.
2, CIRCUTATION AND PARKING - Proposed 20 foot wide driveway
provides adequate circulation. Eight parking spaces are
proposed.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Existing landscaping is sufficient.
