South Burlington Board of Adjustment/ Planning / Zoning,
Professional Postering and Distribution has been in the distribution business since
1981. We deliver tourist brochures to hotels, motels and tourist attractions
throughout Vermont. Some of our clients include The Shelburne Museum,
Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce and The
University Mall.
We have been leasing storage garages at Easy Self Storage - 46 Swift Street (next to
the proposed site) since 1988. Originally we rented one unit; we now have four. We
would like very much to consolidate into one space. The proposed location is ideal
because of the proximity to the interstate, my home, and our current space.
To reduce large truck traffic I have made arrangements with Booska Moving to
receive our larger deliveries at their location and bring consolidated shipments to
our space in smaller trucks.
This space will not be advertised, have signage, or be open to the public. I will also
maintain my office in downtown Burlington.
Thank you for your consideration in granting this variance to allow us to operate at
this location.
