HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-86-0000 - Decision - 0059 Swift StreetFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Donald and Arnold Marek for construction of a 2 mini -storage buildings of 10,800 square feet total on lot #1, 59 Swift Street. On the 23rd of September 1986, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Donald and Arnold Marek for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is approved through a 20 foot wide access drive located in a 50 foot right-of-way from Swift Street. This r.o.w. also serves lot *2. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is shown completely around the two buildings. Aisles will be paved. Parking will be allowed between the buildings for loading and unloading only. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A $ 2550 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. A 5 foot minimum buffer shall be on the northern and western boundary. A 20 foot buffer to the residential properties to the south shall be maintained. A stockade fence along the entrance shall be provided. Buildings shall be reduced in length to maintain the 65 foot rear yard setback. A drainage plan with a piped system of drop inlets shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to permit.
