DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 12th day of February, 1996 the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard testimony regarding a conditional use
application of Mark Stevens and Leah Britch of 57 Swift Street.
Based upon the testimony provided at the above mentioned public
hearing and the documents submitted to the Zoning Board of
Adjustment which are contained within the "document file" for
this application, the Zoning Board finds, concludes, and decides
as follows:
Findinqs of Fact
1) Request is for temporary housing of domestic farm animals in
conjunction with a residential use and home occupation.
2) The area is zoned C-1 District and existing uses are non-
conforming.
3) The lot contains 15,000 square feet, the area designated for
keeping of the animals is about one third (1/3) of the rear
yard.
Conclusion
1) The applicant is proposing to relocate all animals no later
than August 1, 1996.
2) The general character of the area should not be affected by
this proposal.
3) Most of the animals involved are kept in cages and are not
allowed to run at large.
Based upon the findings and conclusion set -forth above, the
Zoning Board of Adjustment eby,grants the applicants request
to allow for keeping of f�ni s X,",Vat 57 Swift Street.
