On the 22nd of January 1985 , the
South Burlington Planning Z omm ssion approved orxde&iixd the
request of Mark P. Stephens
for Site Tlan review under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - The 10 foot driveway will be widened to
20 feet as shown on the plan.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Four parking spaces will be
provided.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Landscaping will be completed as
shown on the plan. A $100 bond will be posted.
4. OTHER: The warehousing operation is restricted to a one-
man operation, from 3-4 A.M. 5 days per week for delivery
and for the vehicles to leave the property by 5:00 A.M.,
5 days per week.
