Re: Findings of Fact, application of M. and M. Partnership
(Donald Mar k and Arnold Marek) for construction of a 15"
square foot mini -storage building at 46 Swift Street

South Burlington Planning Commission approved VXX.qX")t)ejd the
request of Donal Marek
for site nlan annroval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlin`q_ton Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Acr.Pss wi l_]_ no c.hangP from Swift Street
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Circulation and barking will not
-change,
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $750 bond shall be posted for
landscaping prior to permit. A new planting plan shall be
submitted to the City Planner for approval prior to permit
that includes $750 worth of new plantings to stabilize the
banks. The field area along the interstate shall be graded
and topsoil and seed planted prior to permit. The building
permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this approval is
