1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Existing driveway will be widened. n _par_ king

2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Adequate room is available between miniwarehouses
for side loading,parking while unloading, and general circulation. Parking
for front uses is located behind the building and is sufficient.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - A good amount of screening will be located
on abutting land between the miniwarehouses and the interstate fence. Applicant
must maintain the plantings as needed.
