HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-87-0000 - Decision - 0045 Swift StreetFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Robert Kelly and Charles Jennings for conversion of the existing building to a wholesale florist and office with limited storage at 45 Swift Street. On the 8th of September 1987, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Robert Kelly and Charles Jennings for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is approved with a A21 foot wide entrance drive on the east of the building and a .31� foot wide exit drive on the west side. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation around the building is adequate. It shows a one-way circulation pattern. Twenty eight parking spaces are approved. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: Credit of $225 is granted for existing landscaping. The rear of the building shall be cleaned up and landscaped. The plans shall note what will be done with the front overhead doors. 4. A storm drainage plan shall be submitted for the City Engineers approval prior to permit. A sidewalk and curbs shall be constructed across the frontage. Sidewalks shall be concrete and continuous across the drives. 5. A 225 gpd sewer allocation is granted and the $2.50 per gallon fee shall be paid. 6. The building permi�,2sha]l be obtained within 6 months or this approval is null and void i Chairman,.
