On June 14, 1994, you were granted permission to fill an, area of
your lot (46 Swift Street) with approximately 7000 square feet
of clean earth materials, all in accordance to a plan submitted by
Trudell Consulting Engineers (project #94024-50, dated 5/5/94). Be
advised that the fill area in question along with an additional
area was filled with construction debris and tree material which
violates the terms of the permit. The fill area was not graded in
accordance with the plan and has caused damage to adjoining
property.
Be advised that corrective action is required and a time schedule
of the project must be forwarded to this office within seven (7)
days from receipt of this letter.

fill in part of our property, east of the storage units
contiguous with the Detention Center.
The soil bank has been settling and is jeopardizing the
existing buildings. Extending the bank eastward on our
property will prevent further erosion and stabilize the
buildings.
