Be advised that the fill area in question along with an additional area was filled with construction debris and tree material which violates the terms of the permit. The fill area was not graded in accordance with the plan and has caused damage to adjoining property. Be advised that corrective action is required and a time schedule of the project must be forwarded to this office within seven (7) days from receipt of this letter.
