Be advised that the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment
denied your request which would allow the operation of a U-Haul
truck rental as an accessory use at 46 Swift Street.
I also have a concern regarding the caretaker living on site.
The original approval required that the caretaker reside on site,
and that the recently approved beauty salon occupy the property
as the second use. Any use other than those stated above would
be considered in direct violation.
If you have any questions about the use of the property, please
