Under certain provisions setfort.h within the City's zoning regu- lations, you are presently in violation. We will allow you seven (7) days to remove the rental trucks from the property. Also be advised that the original approval granted to M & M Partnership was conditioned that the caretaker would reside on the premise. The lower portion of the dwelling would be rented. Any violation to these conditions are subject to legal action. The caretaker is also required to lock up the compound at a reasonable hour. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me.
