ROBERT KELLY & CHARLES JENNINGS

On the 12th day of February, 1990, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Robert
Kelly & Charles Jennings, 45 Swift Street based on the following
facts and findings:
1. Property is presently being used in a reasonable manner,
request does not meet criteria #2.
2. Does not meet criteria #3. hardship is being created by
appellant.
3. The character of the area would be altered, residential
neighborhood abuts this property.
4. Proposed outside storage is not in conjunction with any
business occupying the building.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a variance is hereby denied.
