1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Unchanged from previous residential use.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Additional gravel parking (6 spaces)
will be added to the rear of the building.A garage will be removed to
allow adequate circulation.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Existing landscaping is satisfactory.
All trees will be able to be retained.
