HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-87-0000 - Decision - 0031 Swift StreetFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Veronica Lambert for conversion of existing building to retail and manufacturing of interior window treatments and draperies, 31 Swift Street. On the 15th of December 1987, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Veronica Lambert for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is approved from a 30 foot wide driveway from Swift Street. Pavement will be removed and grass planted to define the driveway and improve the front yard. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is provided on the west side of the building. The twenty six parking spaces shall be restriped so they are at right angles to the building. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A $1500 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. 4. OTHER: A sidewalk shall be constructed at least 5 feet from the proposed curb. It shall be concrete and continuous across the drive. A bond shall be posted prior to permit in an amount determined by the City Engineer. A sidewalk easement shall be given to the City prior to permit. 5. The building permit shall be obtai ed within 6 months or this approval is null and void.
