DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 27th day of April, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Gary Bourne,
31 Swift Street, based on the following facts and findings:
1) Applicant is requesting to use approximately 1300 square feet
of the building in question as a service bay for overflow vehicle
repairs conducted at 760 Shelburne Road.
21) The building in question is presently occupied by a beauty
salon and a interior decorator. Some manufacturing is conducted
from this building. The character of the area should not be
adversely affected.
3 ) Use complies with the stated purpose of the di-.trict.
4) No traffic increase is expected, customers will leave
vehicles at 760 Shelburne Road.
Stipulation:
No more than one wrecked or ju.Jk type vehicle be stored on this
lot at any one time.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
