Be advised that the, South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment
has denied your request for a zoning variance.
The Board finds no evidence that the property can not be sold at
reasonable price as a single family house and no evidence that
hardship was not self created.
The Board will issue formal findings at a later date. The findings
and a record of all proceedings will be on file with the City Clerk.
