Further to Final Plat Permit SD-17-17, enclosed please find a zoning permit application for 30
Laurentide Lane, South Burlington, Vermont 05403, Unit 001 on the Final Plat/Site Plan submitted as part of
SD-17-17.
This zoning permit request is for a unit which X IS or ❑ IS NOT inside a phase that has submitted the
required infrastructure letter of credit and three -party agreement. if not, the required letter of credit and three -
party agreement are attached to this application.
This zoning permit request is for a unit which ❑ IS or X IS NOT inside a phase that has submitted the
required landscaping letter of credit and three -party agreement. If not, the required letter of credit and three -
party agreement are attached to this application in triplicate. Please sign all three copies and return two to our
office. The approved landscape bonding scheme plan, as well as the approved bonding spreadsheet are also
attached for reference.
Attached please find a worksheet which is programmed with figures provided by the City, to determine
the exact fee owed for this zoning permit. Per that spreadsheet, the requisite fee for this application is
$7,154.16. A check for the requisite fee is enclosed.
This application requires a sewer connection and allocation. Attached to this letter please find the sewer
allocation tracking spreadsheet for the Hillside project. This includes information on the current allocation and
connection request as well as information on previous requests. This spreadsheet also has the address of the
unit seeking connection. Historical data and requests are filled in for reference in issuing this new letter.
A Wastewater Connection application is also attached.
Lastly, a copy of Sheet C-2 from the approved project plans is attached. The current plan is to construct
Unit 1. The setbacks and dimensions shown on C-2 are the dimensions and setbacks proposed, as approved.
