This letter will confirm conversation regarding the renova-
tion at 80 Central Avenue. This office believes that you have
exceeded the scope of work (exceeds the 35% rule setforth within
the zoning bylaws) spelled out in permit #89-60 issued on August
14, 1989. Since the structure is better than 50% removed, this
office must inform you to cease any further demolition or con-
struction until we have time to schedule a hearing before the
Zoning Board of Adjustment.
This office will allow you to clear the site of any debris and to
make the area safe from any fire or collapse.
Be advised that your applicaton for a zoning variance should be
filed no later than Wednesday, October 23, 1989. A hearing will
be schedule for Monday, November 13, 1989. If you have any
questions please don't hesitate to call me.
