The construction budget for the work proposed was reviewed and approved by the Director of Public Works in an email dated January 2, 2018. An executed three -party agreement for an escrow account in this amount is attached. The approved construction budget is as follows: Phase 113 Sewer $61,400.00 Stormwater $69,827.00 Water $67,845.00 Curb and Sidewalk $70,509.00 Underground Utilities $20,515.00 VT Gas $9,756.00 Road Construction $18,971.00 Crushed Materials $8,341.00 Paving $31,680.00 Erosion Control $3,365.00 Contingency 10% $36,220.90 Total LOC Amount $398,429.90 In addition to the escrow agreement for the public improvements, attached please also find a 3-Party Landscape Escrow Agreement in the amount of $20,115. This agreement is for \ the cost of all street trees in Phase IB, which is currently requested. This amount is derived from our permits, as represented in a spreadsheet reviewed and approved by the Department of Planning and Zoning via an email dated September 5, 2017.
