Enclosed further to our conversations, please find a zoning permit application for the
construction of approximately 200' of Two Brothers Drive, and the entirety of Ledge Way,
which is Phase IB of the O'Brien Home Farm project, approved in City Final Plat Permit #SD-
17-17.
The construction budget for the work proposed was reviewed and approved by the
Director of Public Works in an email dated January 2, 2018. An executed three -party agreement
for an escrow account in this amount is attached. The approved construction budget is as
follows:

In addition to the escrow agreement for the public improvements, attached please also
find a 3-Party Landscape Escrow Agreement in the amount of $20,115. This agreement is for
\ the cost of all street trees in Phase IB, which is currently requested. This amount is derived from
our permits, as represented in a spreadsheet reviewed and approved by the Department of
Planning and Zoning via an email dated September 5, 2017.
