Dear Sir,
We would like to apply for permission to install a trailer
on our construction site..at Stonehedge Condominiums, to
be used as a construction office.
This trailer would be approximately 70' x 12' and would
be used as an office during construction. It would be
removed from the site after construction is completed.
Enclosed. is a plan showing the approximate location.

Appeal of Mery Brown, Stonehedge Development
The area in question is zoned Residential 4 District - a residential
development is presently under construction. Brown's request is to
use a 12' x 70' mobile home as an office - the unit will be moved
to different sites as the project is constructed and will be re-
moved from the site after completion of the project.
Section 13.30 requires that use of a mobile home for non -living
purposes be approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

fee is to off -set the costs of advertising and the hearing.
