If this is so, I should like to have something in writing from the zoning commission to this effect so that in a year or two when we propose to build that no technicality will obstruct our plans. If the property does require variance from present Toning regulations in a Residential A district, and does require the approval of the Zoning Commission, than I should like to know also, so that I may proceed in obtaining such approval. If available, I would like to obtain a copy of the latest zoning regulations so that we may determine square footage required, and other details governing the constructions of a home in this area. Thank you for giving this matter your attention) Very truly yourfs, Fred G.
