Development Review Board within fifteen (15] days of the date of this decision. The notice of appeal must be accompanied by a filing

effect as set forth above. Site modifications and improvements made prior to this permit becoming effective may be subject to removal

Good Morning Ray,
I stopped by your office today to drop off the Roman Catholic Diocese Mechanical and Electrical Upgrade
information this morning (55 Joy Drive). I reviewed with Paul and he was going to provide information and
check for your review.
We are replacing the existing heads on the parking lot lights with the attached. I neglected to include this cut
sheet with the packet I dropped off today. Existing poles and bases will remain - there are no new light
poles. Please note there are two head types: ID 23 is specific to pole number 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. ID 24 cut sheet
is specific to poles 1, 7 &8.
We are also replacing existing landscape lighting at the main entry. I provide a cut sheet of the proposed
bollard light to Paul with the packet I left. We will not be installing (10) as shown on the drawing; we will only
be installing (7) units on the south west side of the walkway. They will be provided with 180 degree shields so
all lighting will be thrown to sidewalk.
