This appeal for variance is to consider the reclassification of said property
at 62 Central Avenue from a single family dwelling to duplex standards.
The existing basement level of this dwelling is finished and inhabited by a
family member. Minimal changes would be necessary to consider this area
11apartment status", primarily removing washer and dryer, plugging in electric
stove and installing overhead cabinets.
There are 2 entrance doors to this area as required by fire regulations. The
basement area was professionally wired and will be centrally heated from my
existing furnace. All utilities are existing and will not be separated.from
the main residence.
Landscaping will be done to accommodate a driveway on the north side of the
main structure to permit parking.
If this variance is considered favorable, I would be agreeable to limiti-ng the
number of occupants of this area to two, only. No children or pets permitted.
Main residence structure and garage will not be altered.
